About

Hi I’m Hayley and I’m the creator of ‘Pilates and Yoga with Hayley’. We help people to relieve back pain, increase core strength, reduce aches and stiffness, improve posture and flexibility, and improve health and wellbeing.

We work with women and men who want to make long term changes to their body so they can be more confident in their bodies and live healthier, happier, pain free lives. They are people who invest in their wellbeing and are committed to their own improvement. We do this through community based classes in Nursling, Rownhams and Chandlers Ford. Our services are also delivered online as we understand people have busy lives and want to feel the benefits of Pilates and access our teaching at a time that suits them, wherever they are in the world.

What separates us from other Pilates and Yoga businesses is we take into account our clients lifestyles and how external factors affect their lives. We educate people about their bodies so they can take what they have learnt in class and use it in their everyday lives. This ensures good conscious movement habits to be less prone to injury, whether at work or at home. Doing an hour or two of good quality Pilates/yoga a week is great, but for long lasting results we encourage clients to incorporate their practise and what they have learnt into their daily lives.

More importantly, whilst we take our work really seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously so our clients are guaranteed a challenging but fun and friendly class!

My Story
I trained as a dancer and graduated with a 2:1 Dance Degree from the University of Chichester. After graduating in 2013, I took up Pilates and Yoga to keep up my strength, suppleness and technique. I fell in love with the practise and how it made me feel, so naturally wanted to share this feeling with others, and this is what brought me to train as a Pilates and Yoga teacher.

My aim is to help clients re-connect with their bodies, helping to alleviate pain and to encourage a healthier, more aligned moving body. With a background in dance, I enjoy teaching people from all backgrounds and levels of experience. I have a particular interest in working with people with low back pain as I have had so many success stories of people who have been able to get back into what they love doing, pain free!
