Your job/lifestyle is stressful so you don’t find much time for yourself. You struggle with aches and stiffness and have a sedentary or standing job which affects your posture. You do some exercise (walk, run, cycle) but you need to strengthen and gain flexibility to improve. You want the benefits of relaxation.
What do you need help with right now?
You need a regular exercise routine which will help you to de-stress, feel calm and relaxed, but also improve your fitness, build strength, flexibility and wellness without having to go to the gym.
You want to be part of a small friendly group of people who are going through the same as you. You need a hands-on approach with individual feedback so you know that you’re doing the exercises right.
How can classes help you?
All classes have a maximum of 10-15 people per class so you get the attention and support you need. You’ll get an experienced teacher who will keep an eye on you and your technique to ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly. You’ll get advice and tips on how you can practise in your own time and have the accountability to ensure you’re making progress and working towards achieving your goals.
