You want to relieve aches and stiffness, feel stronger, more supple and better your posture. You’ve heard of the great benefits of Pilates and know it’s good for your core and to relieve back pain. You want to improve your health and wellbeing, and move more freely.

What problems might you be facing right now?

You struggle with aches and stiffness which affects your daily life. You have a sedentary or standing lifestyle which affects your back/hips/knees. You used to do some exercise (walk, run, cycle) but you either stopped because life got in the way or because your injuries don’t allow you to any more.

What do you need help with right now?

You need a regular exercise routine which will help you to relieve your aches and stiffness, regain your fitness, and to help you get back to the things you love. You want to build strength, flexibility and wellness without having to go to the gym.

You want to be part of a small friendly group of people who are going through the same as you. You need a hands-on approach with individual feedback so you know that you’re doing the exercises right.

How can classes help you?

All classes have a maximum of 10-15 people per class so you get the attention and support you need. You’ll get an experienced teacher who will keep an eye on you and your technique to ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly. You’ll get advice and tips on how you can practise in your own time and have the accountability to ensure you’re making progress and working towards achieving your goals.
