Online Classes

You’ve heard of the great benefits of Pilates/Yoga and know you want to improve your health and wellbeing, and move more freely.

You struggle with time and getting to a class seems impossible due to childcare / other activities / family commitments etc. but would still love to come to a Pilates or yoga class. Your lifestyle is busy / stressful so you don’t find much time for yourself, but know you want to dedicate some time for you within your constraints.

You need a regular exercise routine which will help you to relieve your aches and stiffness, regain your fitness, and to help you get back to the things you love. You want to build strength, flexibility and wellness without having to go to the gym.

You need a live online class where the teacher can see you to ensure you’re doing the exercises right, rather than finding a random Youtube video where you’re not sure if your posture is correct, which can lead to injuries.

All classes have a maximum of 10-15 people per class so you get the attention and support you need. You’ll get an experienced teacher who will keep an eye on you and your technique to ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly. You’ll get advice and tips on how you can practise in your own time, you’ll receive the online recording from the class you participated in so you can practise again in your own time, and you’ll have the accountability to ensure you’re making progress and working towards achieving your goals.
