All classes have a maximum of 10-15 people per class so you get the attention and support you need. You’ll get an experienced teacher who will keep an eye on you and your technique to ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly. You’ll get advice and tips on how you can practise in your own time and have the accountability to ensure you’re making progress and working towards achieving your goals.
